Rules & Regulations
- No anchoring is allowed
- No rafting is allowed
- Speed Limit– 5mph
- No wakes
- Swimming is prohibited
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on Town streets or public property
- Discharge of waste water is prohibited
- Dogs may be walked on a leash
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog
- Fish may not be cleaned on docks
- Permission must be obtained before docking
- Barbecuing is not permitted
- Fueling by cans or jugs is not allowed
- Fueling by trucks is for full-time commercial slip holders only
- Unmanned Aircraft Systems (DRONES) are prohibited above federal lands and waters along the Cape Cod canal, including the Sandwich Marina
